• High efficiency pellet boiler from WOODVIKING - Jaspi of Finland- very well proven, ultra simple and reliable.
• Uses the excellent Ulma burner with a choice of burner sizes
  • 20kw - 2 power setting 1/2 & full.
  • 30kw - 2 power settings 1/2 & full
• These units all run far better under continuous use, we have proven that even the 20kw running at 1/2 power can heat a 4 bed poorly insulated detatched house with these settings.
  
  
• Pelletmaster can accept logs with burner removal and optional grate insert - but must use accumulator tank.
• Standard model includes -
  • DHW coil - optional combined solar / DHW coil in stainless steel.
  • mixer valve for UFH.
  • 6Kw immersion.
    
    
• ADVANTAGES of using the Pelletmaster system :-
  • High efficiency, non condensing - uses very simple free flowing heat baffles, requiring cleaning only twice per year - under normal usage.
  • High water volume of boiler -enables boiler to run continuously without short cycling, also allows ample DHW production through the coil which elininates the need for DHW cylinder - even if using solar panels (except in very high consumption situations).
  • Very simple, there are no electronics on the boiler - and the burner unit has a very simple controller which can be swapped out very quickly - or in most cases when required the burner can be changed for another replacement while the fault is being corrected allowing uninterupted heating.
  • Small space requirement - when using supplied hopper @200ltrs the unit can be installed in a small room - where the small 10kg bags of pellets can be emptied into along side the boiler.
  • Cleaning - all the baffles can be removed and the burner has a cleaning handle for regular burning trough cleaning.
  • The burner is self igniting and uses hot air.
  • Boiler construction is very robust and is built from very high grade steel.
  • Very easy to install in place of oil boiler.
  • Can easily be linked together to form high capacity systems.
    
    
• HOPPER OPTIONS-
  • standard 200ltr steel bin.
  • range of larger MAFA hoppers from 250ltr > 730ltr suitable for bag filling or very large slung sack type or outside silos for bulk supplies.
  • for larger hoppers remote from boiler there are pneumatic transport options or mini screw augers.
